Dynamic Contracting Inc. (DCI) was started by two sisters Maria Cartagena & and Herminia Orellana, in March of 2009. After being in the industry for 14 years and working with some of the top companies in the metropolitan area, they decided to venture on their own and started DCI. Since its founding, DCI has been committed to providing our clients with excellent service, and personalized attention with complete dedication to our clients and projects.
